Educational Purpose: The techniques shared in this session, including fascia release and lymphatic sculpting, are intended for wellness and aesthetic enhancement. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or clinical treatment.
Not a Medical Substitute: Participants understand that the Fascia - Lymph Sculpt Method™ is a proprietary wellness system and not a replacement for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) performed by a licensed medical provider.
Personal Responsibility: If you have existing circulatory conditions, blood clotting disorders, or active inflammation, you must consult a physician before participating.

Level 1 & 2 (Self-Care) & Aromatherapy: Completion of these levels authorizes the participant for personal self-application only. Use of these techniques on paying clients or for commercial instruction is strictly prohibited.
Professional Certification (Practitioner): Only participants who successfully complete the Professional Certification are authorized to offer this method as a paid service within their professional practice.
Non-Teaching Agreement:CRITICAL: Certification as a Practitioner does not grant "Instructor" status. Participants are strictly prohibited from organizing training, workshops, or creating instructional materials under the SHAVAT METHOD™ — Bojin· Fascia · Lymph brand. Unauthorized teaching will result in immediate revocation of certification and potential legal action for trademark infringement.

Copyrighted Materials: All handouts, proprietary manuals, and instructional videos provided are protected by copyright law. Distribution or reproduction of these materials, including sharing full technique sequences on social media (IG, TikTok, YouTube), is prohibited without written consent.

Aesthetic Procedures: If you have received Botox, fillers, threading, or laser treatments within the last 4 weeks, you must obtain medical clearance before participating in Bojin or deep-tissue facial work.
Tool Integrity: Participants are responsible for inspecting their tools (e.g., Bojin sticks, Gua Sha boards) for cracks or sharp edges. Shavat Wellness is not liable for injuries caused by damaged personal equipment.

Patch Testing: We use natural oils and botanical extracts. We strongly recommend a patch test to prevent allergic reactions.
Pregnancy: Please notify your instructor if you are pregnant or nursing, as certain essential oils may need to be substituted for your safety.

No Recording: To protect the integrity of the method, audio or video recording of the instructional portions is strictly prohibited.
Media Consent: We may document the workshop for archival or marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the respectful use of your likeness. If you wish to remain off-camera, please notify Belle before the session begins.

By attending, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary. Shavat Wellness and its instructors are not liable for:
- Physical discomfort, bruising, or soreness occurring during or after the session.
- Injuries caused by a participant's improper application of the technique on themselves or others.
- Loss or damage to personal property.
