Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day window for returns if you have a change of heart, or if the product arrives faulty or misdescribed.
Hygiene Standards: To maintain safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are intimate in nature. All products must have their original outer packaging and intact tamper seals.
Natural Variations: As our products utilize natural botanical extracts, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur between batches. These variations are natural and are not considered manufacturing faults.
Sale Items & Bundles: Items purchased as part of a sale, promotion, or "Mystery Box" are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. For bundle returns, the entire set must be returned in its original, sealed condition.
Quality Inspection: Every returned item undergoes a mandatory inspection. If a product shows signs of being used, opened, or tampered with, a reimbursement will not be issued.
2. Proof of Purchase & Gifts
Refunds: A valid proof of purchase is required for a full refund. Without this, we can only offer an exchange via a digital gift card.
Gifts: If you received the item as a gift, we can provide an exchange or voucher, provided we can verify the original order details.
Allergy Disclaimer: We are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions once a product has been opened. We strongly recommend a patch test for all products. If you have known sensitivities, please consult our ingredient lists or book a consultation before purchase.
3. How to Process an Online Return
Notification: Please contact us at info@shavatwellness.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

Return Costs:
Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return postage costs.
Change of Mind: As a small business, we are unable to fund return shipping for preference-based returns.
Safe Transit: Please secure the items in their original packaging. We strongly advise using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during their journey back to us.
4. Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Inspection Period: We will review the returned goods and notify you of the status within 3 working days of receipt.
Resolution: Approved refunds (excluding original delivery fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange.
Timeline: All refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
International Orders: For international orders, Shavat Wellness is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
5. Statutory Cancellation Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have a statutory "cooling-off" period of 14 working days from delivery to cancel your web order.
To Cancel: Email us within this period with your order number, item details, and delivery date.
Shipping Note: If the order has already been dispatched, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please follow the standard return instructions above.
Online Course & Workshop Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
To ensure a confident and risk-free start to your education, we offer a 14-day refund period for most of our digital products. While we strive to support our students, please note that certain conditions apply, particularly regarding live workshops and downloadable content. In specific instances, reimbursements may be issued as account credits rather than cash refunds.

Cancellation Policy
To maintain the quality and intimacy of our professional training (Max 6 pax), the following cancellation terms apply:
Over 14 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop start date will receive a Full Refund, subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs. Alternatively, funds can be transferred to another course booking at no extra cost.
6 to 14 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made within this window will forfeit 50% of the full course fee.
Within 5 Days’ Notice (Including Same-Day & No-Shows): Due to the upfront costs of venue, specialized materials, and the limited availability of seats, cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date, or failure to attend on the day, will forfeit the full course fee (100%).
Eligibility and Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of our learning platform and prevent system abuse, we reserve the right to decline or restrict refund requests at our discretion. Situations that may result in a denial include:
Short-Notice Workshop Bookings: For workshops or live courses purchased within 14 days of the scheduled start date, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. By completing the purchase, the participant acknowledges that they waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
Content Consumption: A substantial amount of the course material has been viewed, or any restricted digital assets (PDFs, templates, workbooks) have been downloaded prior to the refund request.
Frequency of Requests: The user has a history of repeated refund requests for the same material or shows a pattern of excessive refunding over time.
Policy Violations: The account holder has been flagged, suspended, or banned due to breaches of our Terms of Service or Community Standards.
Third-Party Disputes: A refund has already been initiated or completed through an external payment processor or bank.
Subscription Models: The purchase was made as part of a recurring subscription (except where mandatory by local consumer law).
Alternatives to Refunds
If you are unable to attend a workshop but are outside the refund window, we offer the following flexible options:
Participant Transfer: You may transfer your seat to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the session.
Course Credit: You may request to convert your payment into a credit for future courses or digital products, subject to approval.
Course Cancellation by Instructor
In the unlikely event that a course or workshop is cancelled by Shavat Wellness (e.g., due to instructor illness or failing to meet minimum enrollment), participants will be offered a 10-day window to choose between a full refund (including fees) or a transfer to a future date.
