PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TERMS & CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms before booking your Professional Practitioner Certification.
By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1. Professional Training & Certification
This course provides professional education in the SHAVAT METHOD™ — Bojin · Fascia · Lymph methodology for wellness and aesthetic practice. This training programme is an IPHM Approved Training Course. A Professional Practitioner Certificate will be awarded only after successful completion of the required training and competency requirements.
Depending on the programme, these requirements may include:
completion of the required training hours;
practical training and demonstration;
practical competency assessment;
theoretical learning or assessment; and
case studies or other course requirements where applicable.
Attendance and payment alone do not guarantee certification. Where further practice, case studies or reassessment are required, certification may be withheld until the required standard has been demonstrated. Upon successful completion, the certificate provides evidence that the Practitioner has completed the relevant SHAVAT METHOD™ professional training programme and may be presented as evidence of training when applying for appropriate professional and/or treatment liability insurance. Certification confirms successful completion of SHAVAT METHOD™ training. It does not constitute a medical qualification, statutory professional licence or qualification in a regulated healthcare profession.
2. Professional Insurance & Commercial Practice
Following successful certification, Practitioners may use their SHAVAT METHOD™ Professional Practitioner Certificate as evidence of completed professional training when applying for appropriate professional and/or treatment liability insurance. Once appropriate insurance has been obtained and any other applicable professional requirements have been met, Certified Practitioners may incorporate the techniques learned during the course into their own independent professional practice or business and offer the relevant treatments commercially.
However, IPHM course approval and SHAVAT METHOD™ certification do not guarantee acceptance or insurance coverage by any particular insurer, professional association, employer or regulatory body. Insurance providers remain responsible for their own eligibility, underwriting and coverage decisions.
Before offering the techniques commercially, each Practitioner is responsible for:
obtaining appropriate professional and/or treatment liability insurance;
providing their certificate and course information to their insurer where requested;
confirming that the techniques they intend to provide are covered by their policy;
holding any prerequisite qualifications required by their insurer; and
practising within their qualifications, competence and insurance coverage.
Practitioners must obtain appropriate insurance before offering the techniques commercially.
3. Scope of Professional Practice
Once successfully certified and appropriately insured, Certified Practitioners may incorporate the techniques taught within the course into their own professional treatments and independent business. Certified Practitioners may accurately describe themselves as: “SHAVAT METHOD™ Certified Practitioner — [Course Name]” and may promote and provide the relevant treatments professionally, subject to their qualifications, competence, insurance coverage and applicable professional requirements.
Practitioners are independently responsible for:
client consultation;
contraindication and precaution screening;
obtaining informed consent;
maintaining appropriate client records;
hygiene and safe working practices;
adapting techniques appropriately for individual clients;
professional treatment decisions; and
appropriate referral to healthcare professionals where necessary.
The course does not qualify participants to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medical treatment or represent themselves as doctors, physiotherapists or other regulated healthcare professionals unless they separately hold the qualifications and authorisation required to do so. Practitioners must always work within their professional competence and scope of practice.
4. Practitioner Certification — Not Instructor Certification
Professional Practitioner Certification permits Certified Practitioners to use the techniques learned within their own appropriately insured professional practice or business. It does not grant Instructor, Trainer or Educator status and does not grant permission to teach or certify others in SHAVAT METHOD™.
Unless separately authorised in writing by Shavat Wellness, Certified Practitioners may not:
teach SHAVAT METHOD™ as a professional training programme;
issue SHAVAT METHOD™ certificates;
organise professional training or certification workshops under the SHAVAT METHOD™ name;
reproduce the course or its proprietary teaching materials for commercial teaching;
represent themselves as a SHAVAT METHOD™ Instructor, Trainer, Educator or authorised Training Provider;
create training substantially reproducing proprietary SHAVAT METHOD™ course materials, protocols or teaching sequences; or
authorise another person to teach or certify SHAVAT METHOD™.
Separate written authorisation and, where applicable, an Instructor/Trainer Licence is required to teach the proprietary SHAVAT METHOD™ system.
5. Intellectual Property & Training Materials
SHAVAT METHOD™ course manuals, videos, diagrams, presentations, treatment protocols, proprietary sequences, assessment materials, educational frameworks and other original training resources remain the intellectual property of Shavat Wellness and/or their respective rights holders. Course materials are provided to participants for their own professional learning and permitted professional practice. They must not be copied, sold, distributed, reproduced, republished, uploaded or used to create training materials without prior written permission.
Participants may not share substantial proprietary technique sequences, complete protocols or instructional content through:
Instagram;
TikTok;
YouTube;
online courses;
membership platforms;
professional workshops; or
other public or commercial channels
without prior written authorisation. Recording instructional demonstrations or substantial portions of the training is not permitted without prior approval.
6. SHAVAT METHOD™ Name & Brand Use
Certification allows Practitioners to accurately state that they have completed the relevant SHAVAT METHOD™ Professional Practitioner Certification and to identify themselves as a Certified Practitioner where appropriate. Certification does not transfer ownership of the SHAVAT METHOD™ name, branding, logos, course materials or other intellectual property.
Unless separately authorised in writing, Practitioners may not:
use SHAVAT METHOD™ or Shavat Wellness as their own business or company name;
create a business, website, social-media account or domain that could reasonably imply it is an official SHAVAT METHOD™ branch or training centre;
reproduce or modify SHAVAT METHOD™ logos or certification marks without permission;
represent themselves as an employee, partner, franchisee or official representative of Shavat Wellness;
sublicense SHAVAT METHOD™ intellectual property; or
use SHAVAT METHOD™ branding to promote unauthorised training or certification.
Certified Practitioners remain free to operate their own independent business and may accurately reference their SHAVAT METHOD™ certification when promoting services for which they are appropriately qualified and insured.
7. Health, Safety & Contraindications
Participants are responsible for informing the trainer before practical participation of relevant:
medical conditions;
circulatory conditions;
injuries;
pregnancy or breastfeeding;
recent surgery;
active inflammation or infection; and
recent aesthetic or cosmetic procedures.
This may include recent Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifts, laser or energy-based procedures or facial surgery. Practical participation may be modified or postponed where appropriate for safety, and medical advice or clearance may be recommended where necessary. Participants must follow all safety, hygiene and contraindication guidance provided during training. Participants are also responsible for ensuring that any personal tools used during training are clean, suitable and free from cracks, chips, sharp edges or other damage.
8. Botanical Safety & Allergies
Where oils, essential oils, botanical extracts or topical preparations are used during training, participants must disclose known allergies or sensitivities. Patch testing may be recommended where appropriate. Participants who are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving medical treatment or managing a relevant health condition should inform the trainer so that products or practical activities can be adapted where appropriate. Following certification, Practitioners are responsible for conducting appropriate consultation, allergy and contraindication screening before using botanical products with their own clients.
9. Independent Professional Responsibility
Following certification, each Practitioner operates as an independent professional.
The Practitioner is responsible for ensuring that their treatments are:
appropriate for the individual client;
performed safely and competently;
appropriately insured;
within their professional scope and qualifications; and
compliant with applicable professional and legal requirements.
The Practitioner remains responsible for their own business, clients, treatment decisions, professional conduct and insurance. SHAVAT METHOD™ certification does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, franchise or business partnership between the Practitioner and Shavat Wellness. Certification does not transfer responsibility for a Practitioner's independent client treatments or business activities to Shavat Wellness.
10. Fees, Payment, Cancellation & Certification
Your booking is subject to the price, payment, cancellation, transfer and refund conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Where a payment plan is offered, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Certification may be withheld until:
all required training has been completed;
required assessments and/or case studies have been successfully completed; and
all applicable course fees have been paid.
Where additional practice or reassessment is required, any applicable reassessment arrangements or fees will be communicated in advance. If Shavat Wellness cancels or reschedules training, the applicable cancellation or transfer arrangements will be communicated to affected participants. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension or Withdrawal of Certification
Shavat Wellness may suspend or withdraw SHAVAT METHOD™ Practitioner Certification where there is reasonable evidence of serious or repeated breach of these terms, including:
unauthorised teaching or certification;
unauthorised reproduction or commercial distribution of proprietary training materials;
fraudulent or misleading use of a certificate;
materially false representation of certification status;
misuse of SHAVAT METHOD™ branding; or
conduct directly connected with the certified method that creates a material safety concern.
Except where urgent action is reasonably required to protect client safety, intellectual property or the integrity of the certification, the Practitioner will normally be informed of the concern and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Withdrawal of SHAVAT METHOD™ certification does not remove qualifications independently obtained from other organisations.
12. Liability
Hands-on practical training may result in temporary responses such as redness, tenderness, mild bruising, soreness or other temporary effects associated with manual techniques. Participation in practical training is voluntary, and participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and disclose relevant contraindications.
Subject to applicable law, Shavat Wellness is not responsible for loss, injury or damage resulting from a participant's:
failure to follow safety instructions;
failure to disclose relevant contraindications;
unsafe or inappropriate application of techniques;
use of techniques outside the scope taught;
use of damaged or unsuitable equipment;
practice outside their professional competence; or
subsequent commercial practice without appropriate insurance.
Following certification, Practitioners remain independently responsible for treatments and services they provide to their own clients. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other rights protected by applicable law.
13. Photography, Video & Recording
Photography or filming may take place during training for educational, archival or marketing purposes where appropriate consent has been obtained. Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional photography or video should inform Shavat Wellness. Participants may share their experience of attending the training on social media. However, participants may not publish substantial proprietary course materials, complete treatment protocols, instructional demonstrations or technique sequences without prior written permission. Audio or video recording of instructional demonstrations, assessments or proprietary teaching content is prohibited unless prior permission has been granted.
14. Confidentiality
Participants must respect confidential or proprietary information shared during training, including unpublished protocols, assessment materials, manuals, business information and educational resources. Participants must also respect the privacy of other participants and must not publish another participant's identifiable photographs, videos, health information or treatment discussions without appropriate consent.
15. Complaints, Assessment & Reassessment
Participants who have concerns regarding their training, assessment or certification should contact Shavat Wellness as soon as reasonably possible. Where a participant does not initially meet the required certification standard, feedback may be provided together with an opportunity for additional practice, case studies or reassessment where appropriate. Any additional requirements or applicable reassessment fees will be communicated before reassessment takes place.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

✓ You understand that, once successfully certified and appropriately insured, you may incorporate the techniques learned into your own independent professional practice or business.
✓ You understand that Practitioner Certification does not grant permission to teach, train or certify others in SHAVAT METHOD™.
✓ You understand that SHAVAT METHOD™ intellectual property, course materials and branding remain protected and may not be reproduced or used for unauthorised training.
✓ You agree to practise within your qualifications, professional competence and insurance coverage.
