Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

Order Preparation & Dispatch

Every purchase is handled personally at our natural beauty boutiques in London. We take pride in adding a personal touch to every box, including a handwritten note and a complimentary sample tailored to your interests.

  • Daily Deadline: Place your order by 4:00 PM for same-day packing. Packages are generally collected by our couriers the next day.

  • Peak Periods: During busy seasons or courier delays, dispatch might take slightly longer.

  • Direct-from-Brand & Split Shipments: In rare cases, your items may be shipped directly from the brand’s own facility to speed up delivery. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages from different locations. You will receive unique tracking information for each individual shipment to keep you fully updated.

Fulfillment Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

  • Workshop Materials: For Workshop Kits or Online Course Materials, please place your order at least 7 business days prior to the session start date to ensure timely arrival. Shavat Wellness is not responsible for materials that do not arrive on time due to late bookings.

  • Holidays & Weekends: We do not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.

  • Weather Note: We may temporarily delay shipping temperature-sensitive botanical products during extreme weather to preserve product integrity.

UK Shipping Policy

  • Rates: Delivery costs are determined at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders exceeding £40.

  • Economy Delivery: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

  • Express Delivery: Dispatched in 1 business day via a 1–2 day service.

  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service issues (e.g., strikes or seasonal backlogs).

Tracking & Damages

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your order leaves us. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of pickup.

  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged goods and the external shipping label. We will investigate and send a replacement.

International Orders

  • Duties & Taxes: All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any local import taxes or customs fees.

  • Customs: International transit can take up to 4 weeks. We have no control over packages held by customs.

  • Trouva: For a smoother international checkout, we recommend visiting our shop on Trouva.

Missing Packages & Address Errors

  • Lost Parcels: We must complete a courier investigation before sending a replacement.

  • Address Accuracy: We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or failure to collect from a local pick-up point, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
